I’ve been reading some of the information you’ve got here and it’s just what i need. i’m 52 and not in as good shape as i once was,i do want to get back into shape,i walk for 30 minutes about three days each week,i use a weight bench not so often,my eating could be better modified,and i just want so badly to lose about 20-25 pounds,wha advice do you have for me?
